Chanel Herbst/ Winter 10/ 11 - Fashion Week Paris

the fashion show in paris took place in a big hall with a big iceberg in the middle were the model are posing. The 265-ton iceberg, reachin 28 feet high, was imported from Sweden to the Grand Palais for the Chanel show and was placed in a shallow pool of water. The inspiration as Cathy Horn sad came from the ice hotel in sweden. They had in this collection really fantastic artificiel fur, somethimes a bit to much but it this is Chanel. The colours of the collection are a lot of white, creme and black. The bordure, the skirt and even the famous tweed-costum were mixed with fur.

 

Here, as I sad are also some white clothes without fur. This part of the collection is more easy to wear than the the fur part of the collection. But what is really important is that Chanel needs outfits that are just made for extravagant clients that you can find nowhere else, but at Chanel.

 i love this case .it seems a bit that it was really fabricated  out of ice.

I think this collection is a bit to extravangant for me like the clothes full of fur.But I like the other clothes like (see picture 4) the black dress or the black smocking-blazer with this white jeans.In this collection the assecoires are orso really beautiful and speciel ,like the case who seems to be fabricated out off ice.
